SFML Special Meals

This menu is offered to passengers who prefer light but still calorific seafood dishes. Such meals are not prescribed by medical indications, unlike most special meal menus. The menu is offered as a kind of choice differing from the basic (traditional) meals offered on an aircraft.

VGML Special Meals

This menu is offered to passengers who prefer only vegetable food in their daily diet. These are strict diet meals containing vegetables and fruit only.

BBML Special Meals

These meals are offered to our smallest passengers.
The BBML menu is offered to babies under 3 y. o.

CHML Special Meals

These meals are offered to our little passengers.
The CHML menu is offered to children 3 to 12 y. o.

Short Flight Economy Class

The short distance menu is widely used as the airline's standard.
It was developed in accordance with the existing norms of food compatibility and caloric value, to suit the taste preferences of all passenger groups. The menu includes a cold starter, a hot main dish, and a dessert.

Long Flight Economy Class

This menu was developed in compliance with requirements set for non-perishable food. The menu includes a cold starter, fruit cocktail, a hot main dish, and a dessert. The meals are served twice, at the beginning of the flight and closer to its end. They include full-scale breakfast and lunch menus.

Short Flight Business Class

With this menu class, we have satisfied every possible wish of our passengers. The menu includes 6 menu versions changed every week. Each version contains ethnic features of the world's cuisines. For instance, foie gras (goose liver) is a component of the French cuisine ; the Russian cuisine cold starter consists of pancakes with black and red caviar; the Italian cuisine menu has Parma ham and avocado; the vegetable dish menu of the Oriental cuisine contains bamboo as one of the components; the Finnish cuisine menu features a Karelian pasty.

Long Flight Business Class

This menu suggests two meals served to the passenger during the flight. One of the meals is a lunch, and the other is breakfast. Each menu is a full-scale one, including a cold starter, fruit or cheese, dessert, and a hot main dish.
