This rule is for economy class fare “ENJOY(1/2/OW/RT)”

Description

This fare is advertising fare for economy class service and applies for transportation on flights State Transport Company «Russia».

Capacity limitations

The carrier shall limit the number of passengers carried on any one flight at fares governed by this rule and such fares will not necessarily be available on all flights. The number of seats which the carrier shall make available on a given flight will be determined by the carriers best judgment.

Sales/ticketing

The fare does not apply.

Flight application

The fare can not be applicable to one or more of the following. FV flights 1000 through 1999 and FV flights 4000 through 4999.

Reservation, payment and ticketing

Payment can be made by cash or by credit card:

For credit card holders: payment should be made in accordance with reservation steps.

For cash holders: payment should be made within 48 hours after reservation otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.

Ticket should be issued in the ticketing offices of State Transport Company «Russia» only.

Minimum stay - travel from turnaround must commence no earlier than in 2 days after departure from fare origin.

Maximum stay- travel from turnaround must commence no later than 1 months after departure from fare origin.

Penalties. Changes/cancellations

From 15jan08 -

Originating Russia:

Before departure

Refund full fare paid if ticket is presented for a refund more than 24 hours before departure time shown on the first flight coupon.

Fare paid less 25 percent if ticket is presented time shown on the first flight coupon.

Ticket is non-refundable in case of no-show.

After departure

refund the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the transportation used in effect on the day of original ticket issue if ticket is presented for a refund more than 24 hours before departure time shown on the unused flight coupons.

refund the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the transportation used in effect on the day of original ticket issue less 25 percent of such difference if ticket is presented for a refund less than 24 hours before departure time shown on the unused flight coupons.

when recalculating fares for transportation used fares in lower RBD than shown in used coupon cannot apply.

ticket is non-refundable in case of no-show.

refund can only be made through issuing office.

Originating other countries, except Russia:

Refund and any changes are not permitted. Upgrade permitted to any higher applicable fare.

Child’s discounts

The transportation of unaccompanied children is not permitted.

For international flights

1.Accompanied child 2-11 – discount 10% of the adult fare.

2.Accompanied infant under 2 years:

for infant without a seat - 90% discount of the adult fare;

for infant with a seat - 10% discount of the adult fare.
